Hardwood floors must be at least 50% covered by rugs.

All barbecue grills and lawn chairs must be removed from lawns when not in use.

There is to be no sitting, sunbathing, etc. on the front lawns or steps at any time.

We do not allow any ball playing on the grounds. We do not allow any hiding, playing or traversing to be done in or around any bushes/hedges that surround our buildings.

Overnight parking for tenants is required to the rear of the buildings. Any vehicles illegally parked will be towed at the owner's expense.

Per your Lease, stereo sets, radios and televisions are not to be used in a manner that may cause annoyance to other tenants.

Washing machines and dryers are not to be used between the hours of 9:30 P.M. and 7:30 A.M. NO washing machine of any kind allowed in apartment.

No keys to apartments will be given out to anyone wishing to make deliveries.

No more than 2 adults are allowed to occupy an apartment.  Only person(s) named on the first page of Lease are allowed to occupy apartment.

Children under the age of 13 are not to be left unattended in your apartment at any time. Children are not allowed to play on the grounds.

A reasonable number of nail holes are allowed in walls for picture hanging. Nail holes for drapery or curtain rods may be installed in an area where rods are normally installed.  No nail holes will be allowed in the woodwork or ceiling. No nail holes in excess of 1/2" in diameter will be allowed. Any holes of this nature will be assessed a $5.00 per hole repair charge.

The tenant has the sole responsibility for the safety and security of any items placed in their storage area.

Office will not sign for or accept any packages for any tenant unless notified in advance. If package is accepted in the office it must be picked up immediately or any future requests will be denied. No large packages will be accepted.

If installing additional air conditioner in bedroom, air conditioner must be in smaller side window. Air conditioners are not permitted in front windows of building. No wood is allowed in windows - Plexiglas must be used. If you wish the Charlesbank maintenance staff to install the air conditioner there will be a charge for this service.

TO COMPLY WITH THE FIRE SAFETY LAWS PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:

No barbecue grills are allowed on patios or balconies.

No flammable materials are to be stored in storage areas or on stairs leading to storage area. NOTHING IS TO BE STORED OUTSIDE STORAGE BINS.

All tenants in A & B apartments are to consider their downstairs neighbors if using any exercise equipment.  You MUST place padding and rugs under this equipment to lessen both the noise and the vibration. Equipment is not to be used during the week between 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. and on weekends between 11:00 P.M. and 9:00 A.M.

Two persons non familial or four persons familial

Familial is defined as related by blood or marriage and children under 18 years of age.

Non familial is defined as adults over 18 years of age not related by blood or marriage.
